"THE END OF US"

This poem is was written for the ending of my relationship...5 years together and My lil Andrew a result of our love and now we are nomore..I will forever cherish the memories..This is synopsis of what we once were....

I thought you were the chosen one
I thought you were sent from God up above
I thought you were the one I would be with forever
I thought you were you My True Love

I thought we would conquer the world as one
I thought our souls were intertwined
I thought nothing could tear us apart not ever
Because I was yours and you were mine


I thought we would move in our dreamhouse soon
Decorating it...and making it our own
I thought we were destined to grow old together
Grow old in a place we would call home


I thought we were a romance novel
I thought we were a Fairytale to be told
But the truth of it is, we are over now
For we have reached the end of our road


In a blink of an eye the dream snatched away
All the things I thought are nomore
At a lost for words, the shock wearing off
Now it's time for us to close the door


Saying Goodbye is is one of the hardest things to do
But something that must be done
There is no winner or looser in the "Game Of Love"
Just the ending of something that should have never begun
