Insomnia

For the past 3 weeks, I have suffered major isomnia.  I've never had a problem with sleeping but this is driving me crazy.  Came about the same time my writing of poetry took place...makes me thinks they both came from the same place......All I know is I hate this so much.  I lay in bad having the craziest thoughts...Great, Exhilerating, Satisfying...3 words they dance around in my head alot...just jumbo talk for a super sleep delousional person.......
