"A thin Line"

It is a thin line between love and hate
Especially when you start noticing new things in your mate

What once attracted you to them is no longer there
It's a chilling feeling when you finally become aware

Little things now bother you, because your emotions are on a blitz
Thinking to yourself, how much longer will you go on before you finally call it quits

Love starts to fade, your emotions become detached
When love is gone, it is hard to keep up a good act

The realization that what you once where, you will never be
No longer holding the standards that made you share them with your friends and family

It is now a sad story, no more memories to be had
Filled with sadness and confusion, at times driving you mad

Sometimes we chose the wrong person, to love in life
A few lost loves, should never make you give up the fight
Because when you find that person that  is truly right
Love will be meaningful and fulfilling, soaring you to greater heights
