Into the soul, the eyes do see
A life that has been plagued with so much misery
Heart telling the tale of of pains and sorrows
Thoughts of what will become of tomorrow
Mind distracted and cluttered with senseless things
Reality of life and the pain it sometimes brings
Memories of all that has been forever lost
Never knowing your sanity may be the cost
Wandering around in the world unsure of your meaning
Tearing deep inside your inner being
Unable to change things of the past
A decision to move forward has finally come atlas
Letting go and moving forward brings about change
Allowing for release of all of Life's pain
The path may be unclear, always keep your focus
For life's sorrows and pains can eat at you like a swarm of locus.
