"The Dream"

It once was a dream that alluded me to false hopes
Experiencing feelings of walking a tight rope

A visual has been formed of what things can really be
Required shedding of past mistakes allowing me to become totally free

Eyes wide open, the awakening has taking hold
A restoring of the heart, results of the endurance on this long road

Pain dissolving quickly, now replaced by happiness deep within
A reminder of where I am going and not where I have been

Letting go of all the wants gave focus to the real need
Allowing bonds to be mended, no longer surrounded by deciet

Something that was almost lost to me has now been restored
Time and patience has allowed for the reaping of all the rewards

Excited for what I can't see, Enthusiastic of what is to come ahead
No longer caught up in the world and the stickiness of it's web

The future unfolding, given way to many things unseen
My joy is back and I am now in pursuance of "The Dream"

This poem is just a reflection of the hope that has been restored in me...Just when I thought "ALL" was lost...something changed and what I once dreamed of...has now become a reality....something in my grasp...It is a dream that I plan to purse to it's fullest.  I won't stop until the dream is at full Manifestation.  That will only come by my Faith in what God has planned for my life.  A lesson in life...never give up on a dream.  If it something you want than do "ALL" you can to obtain that dream.  It only becomes an unfullfilled dream......when it is not pursued...and be patience in the waiting. Patience is something learned and never given and truly a virtue that many lack.  If you don't have it....strive to receive it and live you life in constant patience...That is the only way the rewards will be reaped.
